Precyse Solutions, LLC, headquartered in Wayne, PA, provides outsourced medical transcription, medical coding, and other document management services to U.S. based hospitals and other healthcare providers. The company also provides healthcare facilities with cutting-edge, outsourced administrative functions. Liberty co-founded the Company with another private equity group and management in March 2000 and has supported the subsequent acquisition of FACT, Inc., an outsourced medical transcription company, in August 2002 and QuadraMed’s HIM Services division in December 2002.
