YTI Career Institute (“YTI”), headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, is a private, for-profit postsecondary educational institution that trains students for entry-level positions in technical, business, culinary arts, computer technology, and allied health careers. The Company operates two separate school facilities, located in York and Lancaster, Pennsylvania. YTI is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (“ACCSCT”) and is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. All programs offered are approved by the U.S. Department of Education and are eligible for Title IV student financial aid. Liberty, through its post-secondary education management company Liberty Higher Education, acquired the ESOP-owned company in May 2005. Since that time, Liberty installed an Executive Chairman to support existing management in building the premier provider of site-based career education in the Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland markets.
