Vresics Named President and CEO of Technical ConceptsMUNDELEIN, IL - April 28, 2005 - Jack Vresics has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of Technical Concepts, LLC (TC), one of the world's leading designers and manufacturers of touch-free, automated product systems used for hygiene and odor control in "away-from-home" washrooms. He assumes this position and its responsibilities immediately. Jack brings to the company significant experience in general management, marketing, international manufacturing and sales, and new product development. Prior to joining TC, he was Group President of the Colson Group headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. With the Colson Group, he was responsible for the world's leading group of caster and wheel companies with 31 operations in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, and 1,900 employees. Jack stated, "I see the tremendous opportunities for Technical Concepts' market leading innovations in the away-from-home washroom industry. I am excited to be leading the Company through its next phase of growth through focus on the company's customers and markets." Jack replaces George Patrick Murphy who resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer and President and will remain as a consultant to the Company.
