Recent News Technical Concepts acquires Bentfield International, BV, a Dutch manufacturer of washroom dispensing systems

MUNDELEIN, IL - January 5, 2006 - Technical Concepts, a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative hygiene solutions for the washroom, announced today the acquisition of Bentfield International, BV, a Dutch manufacturer specializing in washroom dispensing systems.

Located near Amsterdam, Bentfield designs and produces innovative soap and air freshening systems for the OEM market, including foam soap, spray soap and toilet seat cleaners. Combined, the two companies will operate five facilities and have more than 500 associates and 2,000 independent distributor locations worldwide. As a global market leader for washroom hygiene, Technical Concepts’ addition of Bentfield’s high-quality soap systems will expand the company’s global presence in the away-from-home soap market.
