Mike came to Liberty Partners in 2002 after three years with Ernst & Young's Transaction Support Group, where he provided mergers and acquisitions advisory services to private equity firms. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant who primarily served large SEC audit clients in the Los Angeles, New York, and national offices of Ernst & Young during his twelve years with the firm. He is a graduate of New York University's MBA program and received a BS in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. |
