Madeline S. WardController
Madeline joined Liberty Partners in 1999 after seven years with Empire State Development Corporation. Previously, she has held positions in large multi-national companies involving consolidation accounting, public offerings, acquisition work, and the development of new accounting structures and system conversions. Madeline also spent a combined seven years at Ernst & Young and Coopers & Lybrand working primarily for SEC clients and is a recipient of an award from the Financial Analyst Federation for excellence in corporate reporting. Madeline is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA and MBA from Pace University. |
